These Terms and Conditions ("Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Kabbi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services”), operated by My Kabbi Ltd, a company founded in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
By creating an account, booking a ride, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. About My Kabbi Ltd
My Kabbi Ltd provides an app-based platform that enables users to pre-book and request taxi services in real time, including 4-seater vehicles and larger vehicles accommodating up to 8 passengers.
My Kabbi Ltd does not itself operate vehicles unless explicitly stated. Transportation services are provided by licensed third-party drivers or operators.

2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
Provide accurate and complete account information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these requirements.

3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
All activity conducted through your account
Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date
My Kabbi Ltd is not responsible for unauthorised account use unless caused by our negligence.

4. Booking & Rides
a) Ride Requests
Rides may be booked in advance or requested in real time via the app. All bookings are subject to availability.
b) Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing correct pickup and drop-off details. Additional charges may apply where incorrect information causes delays or changes.
c) Refusal or Cancellation
Drivers may refuse or cancel rides for safety, legal, or operational reasons, including passenger behaviour or unsafe conditions.

5. Pricing & Payments
Fares are displayed in the app before confirmation where possible
Prices may vary based on distance, time, demand, and vehicle type
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers
You authorise My Kabbi Ltd to charge the selected payment method
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and circumstances. Refunds, where applicable, are issued at the discretion of My Kabbi Ltd in accordance with our cancellation policy shown in the app.

7. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must:
Behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles
Follow all applicable laws and safety instructions
Not damage vehicles or engage in abusive, illegal, or unsafe behaviour
Failure to comply may result in ride termination, additional charges, or account suspension.

8. Vehicles & Capacity
Vehicle types include standard 4-seat vehicles and larger vehicles accommodating up to 8 passengers. Passenger numbers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle.

9. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee:
Continuous or uninterrupted availability
That a driver will always be available
That services will be free from delays or technical issues
My Kabbi Ltd is not liable for disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Kabbi Ltd shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Delays, missed appointments, or loss of income
Acts or omissions of third-party drivers
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Insurance & Safety
Drivers are responsible for maintaining appropriate licensing and insurance. My Kabbi Ltd may carry additional insurance where required but does not replace the driver’s legal obligations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice where:
These Terms are breached
Fraud, misuse, or illegal activity is suspected

You may stop using the Services at any time.
